We want you to know that we genuinely put ourselves in your shoes and fully understand how frustrating this situation must be. As you know, the first order was lost in transit and our carrier informed us late. After that, we tried our best to replace a new item and push it. Additionally, it is a personalized item which takes 1-3 days to process and ship. Also, Your package size is large and the carrier have to ship it carefully to make sure it will not be damaged. That is the reason why your order arrives late. As a gesture of our sincere apology and to make up for any disappointment caused, we would like to offer you a refund of 25%. We genuinely hope that this solution brings you some comfort and reassurance. Our support team is available and always strives to reply to customer emails within 24-48 hours. Your credit card statement or PayPal receipt will show names like "VeteranNations" or "VetNations". All of those are correct; it is the name of our mother's company. So there is nothing to be concerned about! We are working with our Payment Gateway to update this to match FamiPrints as soon as possible.
