Babies face was cutoff
Babies face was cutoff in a 3 different photos and the blanket itself was just super small for the money not worth it at all

My ornament was a gift for my daughter
My ornament was a gift for my daughter. It’s the worst when delivered! I was embarrassed when she sent me a picture of it! I have emailed two or three times to complain and asked for a new ornament or a refund! I have received an answer that it would be taken care of. When? I receive emails asking how I liked your company and right now I can’t think of one good thing to say. Maybe you being the owner can take care if this problem! Patricia Zgodzinski

Paid and never received my item
I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife on December 9th. On the 16th of December I was notified it was shipped. As of today , December 22nd it remains as waiting to be shipped. I reached out to customer service several times and always get the same robo-email saying they are looking into it. At this point I have given up on it coming for Christmas and opened a dispute with PayPal to get my payment back. Terrible. I would suggest trying a different company

Order never received
Order never received. It’s been sitting in a shipping facility awaiting final destination for over a week now.

Delayed and still not changed
The item was delayed because I asked to see a proof. Then I asked to have the name of the band added under the song title since I was already going to be late. Then the package was delayed even further and no change was ever made. I received 3 notifications that the item shipped before it ever shipped. Your customer service is very misleading and communication is poor
