Product came out excellent. But service is a bit slow and the tracking info takes days to update. But otherwise satisfied because of the product quality.

The product came out great, The only complaint I have is about the shipping It took a long time to get to me but otherwise everything else was great. I will be ordering some other things soon, thank you

It is a great product. I just assume the entire print would be brown like the picture but instead I had a black trim around the hearts (it was not exactly like the picture).

My only complaint is that the status was not updated until after I received my product. This caused some nervousness being the short window between ordering and the anniversary date. Other than that, I love the product and so did she.

Update: After several emails to the customer service rep, they replaced the print at no charge to me. While the process took longer than it needed to, eventually the mistake described below was corrected. I ordered a print which depicts the lyrics for Fleetwood Mac song, The Chain. According the the website Genius lyrics, which the company uses, the first word in said song is F@ck. This is contrary to nearly every other lyric website. The company acknowledged the mistake but refused to offer a refund and instead offered to provide another print for $35. The company claimed the $35 dollars was to cover material and shipping.
