Canvas looked great !!
Canvas picture was awesome, the workmanship was great overall. A little cumbersome working thru email since there is no contact number, however we worked thru it (usually the next day). I would order again for sure.

Happy with Final Product
For starters, I would give this a 5 for quality of print product; and also customer service. However, I am giving it a 4 based on not receiving the correct order in the first place. I had to file a complaint with attached photos via email to customer service department. But, like their posted guarantee, they did come through and ultimately get it right and I am very happy with final product.

It was easy to order and was received…
It was easy to order and was received in a timely manner. I was a little disappointed with the picture when it arrived. The picture was too dark and was much darker than what I submitted.

I had ornaments made
I had ornaments made. I received them and I was a tad disappointed. The photo I uploaded printed dark and not so clear. The design I chose looks beautiful. If the ornament could have been just a little bit bigger that would also be nice. They were packaged very well. I received all 12 I ordered with no damage.

Product came just as it showed
Product came just as it showed, there was however a typo where there was no space between 2 words.

Great product, horrible timeliness.
The product is wonderful and exactly what I wanted for my wife's and my 20th Anniversary. I placed the order on August 23 and only received it today on the 13th of September. I paid for faster shipping in order to receive it by September 6th. The tracking was useless. I checked several times everyday. The tracking said it was always in Corona California. And that it had never been turned over to the shipper. Then, all of a sudden, it is delivered today. The timeliness was horrible, but the product is amazing, and my wife loves it!!

According to our policy, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order and 6-12 business days for your order to be shipped. Lettering not very clean and defined
Lettering not very clean and defined. Imagine having a design done at smaller size and zooming up and all the lines become blurry and distorted. That.
