Hi Jarius, First and foremost, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. I completely understand how you must be feeling right now. As stated in our notification when you created a ticket, we will respond via email within one business day. Due to the holiday season, we normally respond within 24 - 48 hours. Regarding the negative reviews you received, those are always a problem and responsibility of ours. We always try to correct our mistakes and make things better day by day. Furthermore, you placed the order on January 5th, and the order will most likely arrive before your anniversary date based on our delivery time. I saw that Sophia was explained to you and told that the order would be shipped out within the next few days. So please be patient while we process your order; when it is ready to ship, our system will send you a tracking number via email. We also hope that you receive your order soon and have a positive experience so that you can change this review. It influences another buyer's decision to choose our brand. I hope my explanation is clear here. Thank you for your understanding! ---------------------------- Thanks & Best Regards, David

Hi Kylie, We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your order. We understand that when you make a purchase, you expect to receive your product in a timely manner. The carrier informed me that your country is currently under lockdown in some areas, causing delivery to be significantly slower than expected. The order is in transit on Sep 30th. Here is your tracking number: FZ0011672972 (Aramex Australia) In this case, can I refund back to you the shipping cost? It depends on the carrier and it's difficult for me to control it. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and regret that it has interfered with your gift.

Hi Brittany, First of all, we are deeply sorry to hear about your negative experience with our brand, and your frustration is completely understandable. Our system encountered an error when importing the tracking from the carrier, causing us to update you later than usual. However, that was our mistake, and we are working to correct it right now. Again, we are sorry and assure you that this will not happen in the future. We hope you love it and hope to have another opportunity to provide you with the best service the next time. Thank you for sharing your concern and understanding!
