I keep getting a "you're package…
I keep getting a "you're package arrives today," yet has yet to come. I'm disappointed that I keep having to stay home to wait for the package to get there. Don't tell me that it's going to arrive if it's not. I'm still waiting for it, at least email me letting me know there's a delay.

My print had 5 typos on it
My print had 5 typos on it. I wanted a refund and they never responded. Absolute rip off.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. It’s been several business days, I’ve sent 3 emails and I still cannot get a simple update on the status of my order. Starting to think I just threw $70 in the trash.

No contact. Took my money and ran ….
I received a ‘thank you for your order’ after I paid. But nothing else. No order #. Nothing. I have no information and there is no phone # to call. No one responds to my emails. Please get in touch!!!!

Do not buy from this place
Do not buy from this place! They decide what they want to give you! They give you options that they cannot fulfill. Customer service is also Crap! As a business owner myself during the pandemic I usually order from personalization mall but I said let me try somewhere else. They chopped the picture off at the shoulders like they have no experience doing their job. That’s not how it was asked to be. When I complained, they responded we did what we thought was best because they didn’t like it the other way. That’s not what I requested so why do it? Then they had the nerve to give 10% off my next purchase. Now why would I repurchase from this company if they can’t complete a simple task. Nahhh. I’m good! They didn’t even offer to correct the problem btw. Lesson learned I will continue to keep putting reviews on here regarding them. Over priced and you receive product to their liking not yours.
