Rhylon did a great job with us and showed us exactly what we wanted in a trailer. He answered all our questions and even let us take a second look. The staff was friendly and courteous and we've recommended others to go there also.

Family RV is the Best. I won't do business with any other dealership, they don't treat you like just a customer but you become part of the family. Sounds corny but it's true. They take better care of you from sales to service than anyone.

They worked really hard to get me the best financing option available. They also new what I was looking for with just a few ideas we wanted in a camper.

The sales staff was attentive during the sale. Afterward they became cold and distant. They preach family but don’t live it. A lot of stuff not explained well during walk through. No test done after modification and it cause flooding. I would directed experienced buyers this way but not first timers.

Gabe went above and beyond helping us get into a camper I will recommend family rv to everyone and we will use them for many years. Thanks again Michael Hoyle.
