Very bad service and equally unprofessional. Purchased a pre owned 5th wheel trailer (first I've owned of this type) Presentation was great. they seemed really helpful. I was told the trailer would have a complete walk through and cleaning and also a complete and detailed walk through of the unit since this was our first time owning one. Upon receiving the unit via delivery, The walkthrough was quick and not explained to well and the individual who performed it seems to be in a hurry to leave. After the fact I seemed to notice the trailer had not been cleaned at all. It was still covered in dust and cob webs. Used q-tips and toilet paper with feces on it were found under the bathroom sink. Upon hooking up the sewer line I discovered it had not been drained due to the fact of removing the cover of the connector I had about 10 gallons of someone else's bodily fluids (and chunks) splash all over the ground and parts of my arm and clothing. I notified them and they promised to make it right. I have yet hear anything back from them. Most recently I ran into a problem with my slide outs. The didn't want to retract all the way. At first thinking it must be a mechanical issue I was able to bring out a RV mechanic to take a look. We discovered it was a simple fix and an educational error on my part being the bunk beds were bumping together causing the slide not to retract fully. This being partially my fault it is also an educational error on Family RV failing to demonstrate how to work this issue like was promised, Me being unfamiliar with this type of unit. Every time we have called about an issue we get a vibe of being an inconvenience to the company and they act like its not really their issue. We will no longer do service with family RV and will for sure take our business elsewhere........... *Reply. There was no mandatory 2 hour training session, instead more like 10 minutes to show basic controls like how to turn the lights on or lower the stabilizers.Nothing nothing detailed at all. Yes I agreed to pay half I had no problem with this. This is no way a form of retaliation. This is just a simple review aka my opinion of the matter. Cleaning wasn't done despite what your crew may have said. You said "...have done many things outside our normal policies to make things right..." We've yet to see these things nor do we expect them or want them. All we want is family rv to hold up their end of the contract when it comes to any future mishaps until the contract is done. Like I mentioned this is only my opinion and nothing more. Thank You.

Mr. Brinegar, I apologize you feel this way after your experience here at Family RV Center. Your claims about the black tank are true. One of our Technicians did not follow our very detailed checklist for prepping a camper for a customer. That technician has since been reprimanded and, retrained on our policies and procedures. The interior cleaning crew did missed a few areas and we had many phone calls apologizing for that happening and have done many things outside our normal policies to make things right. As for the bunk bed situation, at the time of delivery those were placed up for transport. We always configure the camper's interior amenities for transport as to not cause any damage when putting the slides in. During your walk through it is common for our staff to point out "this is how you prep" the unit for transport. Your training was conducted over 60-days ago and you may not have remembered that during the mandatory 2hr training session we provide to all of our customers. Which is ok and it happens to all of our customers all the time. There is a lot to learn about when it is your first time in an RV and it can be intimidating. We feel this review was retaliation to your service call today for the bunks stopping the slides as it was not covered under warranty. The Road service tech had to charge you for the service call and to try to make things right again, we offered to cover half the cost of that service call. Apparently, after you agreed that was fair over the phone; with-in 10 minutes you changed your mind and left this review. We feel we have done the very best we can to try to make things right with you after our initial mishap with the black tank. I think we can both agree there is nothing we will be able to do to make things right for you into the future. As stated previously, we apologize for what has been happening and we always work very hard to mend mistakes and take care of our customers. Respectfully, Albert N. Director of Marketing

We've purchased two trailers from Family RV and couldn't be happier with both experiences. Chris has guided us through the sales processes and has always been knowledgeable and helpful. He's gotten us into the right trailer at the best price. You can't go wrong calling Chris and letting him take care of your RV needs. Gabe, Grant, and Gil have always gone above and beyond in making you feel like you really are part of the family. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had the best experience buying our first RV at Family RV Center. They were so incredibly helpful with all our needs, walked us through the unit before we left to make sure we had an understanding of how everything works and just made us feel that much more excited about our purchase! Proud to be part of the family and so excited to start making memories!!! Thank you Family RV!!
