All 5 of my bridesmaids ordered from this website in different styles but the same colour. My Maid of honours first dress didn’t fit properly and was very loose and ill fitting, so she ordered another dress. This dress was 100x worse than the first one and looked so cheap, and was about 3 sizes too big on her. All 5 of my bridesmaids range from sizes 2-14 and not one of their dresses fit them properly or received what was marketed on the website. I am unbelievably upset with this experience as now I have to rush and find 5 bridesmaids dresses within 2 months and have them fitted/tailored. I also feel so terrible that they all paid $30 in duties for dresses that weren’t worth it, you’d also think by spending $300 on a dress it would be decent quality but that certainly wasn’t the case. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your dresses.

DO NOT BUY FROM FAME AND PARTNERS. Rip off merchants! My daughter purchased customised dresses for her upcoming wedding. The fabric is not as advertised "heavy georgette" but rather cheap, creased and see-through fabric. Despite providing measurements, the dresses are all poorly fitted. They also arrived in 3 separate deliveries despite the order being made on the one day. Bitterly disappointed that a company that advocates sustainability is so unethical and misleading. This is disgraceful behaviour. I strongly recommend to any prospective buyers to avoid Fame and Partners.

Don't bother spending hundreds on a dress that is not ACTUALLY MADE TO ORDER. They take your measurements and give you a "suggested size" from their size chart which is WAY off. They ship from China, so not sure what kind of sustainable business it actually is. $35 fee to exchange. Waste of time and money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I bought a dress and a received it days ago. It was two sizes too big even tho I sent an email to Fame and Partners to make sure of my size, and was told to follow the size-scale which I did. Not only is the sizing completely off, but they charge you 35$ extra for each product that you want to return back or get a refund. Even if you want an another size instead you have to pay the ''small'' waste fee that they call it. Not only was it too big, but the dress was made out of such cheap material. Like I've seen dresses with made out of better material for 20$. My sister also commented on how cheap the fabric was/felt without me telling her how much I payed for it. I regret ever buying something from this site. Since they charge you so much for a return. When I pay 160$ for a dress ATLEAST make the sizing chart accurate. This site/company is an absolute joke. If you want something similar to their products just go to H&M or Forever21.

The dress was poor quality, and didn't fit despite being custom and 'made to fit' have been waiting for a refund since late August, and the responses to my emails all seem automated.

DO NOT ORDER from this Company. Dress was a complete joke. Fabric was awful and cheap. Nothing like the measurements we sent - about 30cms too short. Looked like a nightie from KMart. Cost $50 to return to the US and still haven't received a refund after more than 2 months. Just don't do it. Buy local and try it on!!!!!

I never got my package and never got a tracking link from DHL. They are not willing to give me my money back and I'm pretty sure my dress was never shipped- DON'T BUY FROM THEM! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This business is a scam. You go through what seems like a fun and unique process custom designing your dress, you take your measurements and what you get is nothing like the pictures and the fit is an absolute joke. I ordered a size 2-it looked like a tent, was about 2’ too long, and would easily fit a size 8/10. Why waste our time making us take our measurements if none will be taken into consideration? I returned the dress and was deducted the $35 which is BS. My guess is these people send out the same bad dresses only for them to be returns and they must just profit off the $35 return fee. What.a.joke.
