My internet service would work about 2-3 weeks at a time. Found a company called Radvocate. For free they will file a claim on your behalf. My demand was to either 1) fix the service that I pay for (including upgrading equipment off-site) or 2) reduce my bill to reflect the level of service I get. They took my case. About 3-4 weeks later two vans and a service truck showed up with four guys. They went through everything from main servers about 120 miles away all the way to my home. I've had near perfect service since (this was about a year ago). Oh and along the way, regional manager contacted me, gave me all his contact info, national operations manager contacted did same. They got more done in a few weeks than I did in over two years.

I didn't know where to go , I had no voice to fight for me, and I had T-Mobile threatening to destroy my credit. And then I found Radvocate. Next thing I knew T-Mobile gave me everything I wanted and all my issues were solved. Thank you Radvocate for fighting for the little guy.

I was totally impressed with the professional way my problem was handled and resolved. Without their help and advice, I am sure I would still be fighting for a satisfactory outcome. With their help, it was resolved within a few weeks. I highly recommend their services.

Closing out my account with T-Mobile was a nightmare. They attempted to charge me some arbitrary number. I requested an itemized statement to validate the charge. Impossible to read with a ridiculous amount. I spent hours upon hours with who they call experts trying to figure the actual amount due. I continued to receive statements of various amounts. Shortly after began receiving collections balances owed as well, before even getting close to that level. Then an added charge for turning me over to collections. I spent more hours upon hours talking to people that are far from experts. My credit score I worked hard to get to excellent was tanked 100 points by them. At that point I had enough. Began doing research on what I could do. I found Radvocate and contacted them. They were so understanding and knowledgeable, I immediately new I had found the right people to help me. Indeed I did! In the end we reached a settlement with T-Mobile that included complete relief of any balance owed by me. Requiring them to remove any wrong doing to my credit and sending me a check that I used to pay Radvocate for their excellent services. This is a company we as the person who has to deal with big companies can all get behind. I highly recommend their services to help you get justice from large corporations to small. I will continue to use Radvocate should the need ever arise again. I tell everyone I know about them that may require their services. I would by stock in this company if I could! Wonderful caring people fighting for what's right.
