When Frontier failed to resolve any of my issues, Radvocate did. I was in a 6 month battle with customer service reps who failed to cancel my service, failed to send me confirmations, failed to refund me after they overcharged me, failed to listen to my concerns, and failed to resolve said concerns. The only way they started taking me seriously was when Radvocate stepped in. Suddenly, Frontier was very interested and on the ball to help me, and the six month battle ended. So thank you Radvocate for representing the little people screwed over by corporations like Frontier.

I signed up for AT&T U-verse U450 service which included streaming to mobile devices. I also purchased 2 ASUS tablets from AT&T to use this streaming services. Well from day one the streaming services did not work, also I could not use my subscription to HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz, or Disney as the subscription would not allow me to register through my service provider. I contacted AT&T and they ignore the issue. I then Filed a BBB complaint and then AT&T contacted me and I work with AT&T Tech from OCT 2017 to FEB 2018, they could not resolve the issue and stated they would work on the issue and contact me back. 2 years later the issue was not resolve and my service was going to expire. I inform AT&T that before I would renew they would have to refund the portion of my bill for the services that charged me for but never fixed. I went around and around with them, even file another BBB claim. I found out that you cannot take them to Small Claims court due to the Arbitration clause in the service agreement. I was told by an attorney to look at Radvocate as they handle Arbitration cases. I contacted them and with 3 weeks of contacting them my issue was resolved and i was refunded the portion of my bill that I was charged for services that AT&T did not provide as per my services agreement. Radvocate is Professional, they have paralegal reference and attorneys you can get advice from, they prepare document and letters for you and they interface directly with the Business you have a complaint with for you. That is the good part as they make sure the communication is correct and follows the law. Thank you Radvocate, what else can I say you ROCK!!!

I have friends that’ve used your service with great success. I’m glad someone has made this a professional service. I had to cancel my AT&T contract before knowing about your service. It took MANY hours on the phone to come to an agreement and get cancelled. Many companies have made cancellation excessively complicated and exhausting in hopes you’ll just give up. I cringe every time I hear “I can’t get out of my contract”. Search YouTube for “AOL cancel” and you’ll see how bad companies can get.

My story is one that begins with a lie, deception and blame. When a large company makes a mistake and blames the customer, many times the customer is left holding the damage created not by there own mistake but one created when the company is too big and too automated that getting any issue addressed can seem impossible, frustrating and stressful. Then Radvocate stepped in! My issues began in November 2018 and ended late September 2019. Got Radvovate involved 9/30/19 and received a settlement offer on 10/17/19. That was quick and extremely professional. I highly recommend you give this company a shot at your issue. You will feel like David taking out Goliath! Don’t let yourself be taken!

Verizon accepted everything exactly as I requested and took off the future payments they claimed I owed. I struggled with Verizon since October, 2018, and Readvocate resolved it in a month. Thumbs up to you Cameron and Readvocate. Thank you, Barbara Christensen

I used Radvocate to dispute against my final bill from AT&T. AT&T was trying to rob me very month with increased bill with all sort of hidden charges and fees. I finally cancelled all my connection and after that AT&T still sent an exorbitant final bill. I tried calling AT&T customer care to discuss about the final bill but it went nowhere. Then I came to know about Radvocate and contacted them about filing the dispute against AT&T. You pay Radvocate 15% of the settlement you get and if you don’t get any settlement you pay nothing. As soon as I filed the dispute online (pretty easy process) I got a call from Cameron the next day to discuss on what happened, what is the settlement I’m looking for and any documentation I have to prove. I provided all the necessary information and within 24 hours I got an email from Radvocate that my dispute was filed and I should hear from Kilpatrick (AT&T’s legal team I believe) within 30 days. Then at the tail end of 30 days period AT&T contacted me and I worked with them directly to work on the settlement. Then after 2 weeks of wait time I received my settlement check from AT&T. Basically they just paid back all the overcharges they charged me on the final bill. But all through the process Radvocate was closely following up and was ready to help whenever needed. Highly recommend Radvocate for their service.

I can’t say enough good about this company! They are really a light for us in a very hard time. Our case against att is finally settled and although it took way longer than we imagined it’s over and Radvocate made it 1000% easier process. It really felt like we had someone that really cares for us at a time where att was treating us like we didn’t matter. They we very patient with our ever question and request and always reachable. Even giving us access to a lawyer. We wish Radvocate all the success and support that they have given us and I’m sure many others! We will never forget them. Thank you!
