I lost $500 to PayPal due to a loophole in their friends/family payment system. PayPal was not helpful at all. FairShake took my case and made it super simple and painless. I pushed back on PayPal's attempt to keep as much of my money as possible, but in the end, they had to return my money. I'll definitely use FairShake again...but I hope I don't have to!

Great service help me resolve my issue with my mobile provider Carrier

When I ordered an item using PayPal and the item arrived in horrible condition, I contacted Paypal because the seller was not responding to me. I submitted a claim with Paypal and during that claim, I could prove the seller was scamming me, yet Paypal sided with the seller. Their decision is final - no way to get my money back without going to court. So I started searching the internet for lawyers who would take a very small claim, and I found thousands of people who had been out more money than me because of Paypal. That's when I found Fair Shake. At the time, they were only taking stories of what happened. Then months later I received an email from Fair Shake saying they were ready with their lawyers to start submitting claims! So I submitted my claim to PayPal using Fair Shake, and, within 2 weeks, I had all my money back in my account. My claim was not a huge amount of money, but that's not the issue! The issue was Paypal turned their back on me when I had proof the seller was scamming me. I have been so upset with Paypal since this happened, and I had no way to fight for my rights. Fair Shake has given me an internal-relief that I would have never felt otherwise. Don't worry about HOW MUCH your claim is - if you're upset because you have been wronged - Fair Shake can help you make it right!

I was in desperate mode when I found Fairshake. They somehow got ATT on the ball to negotiate a complete cancellation of any monies that ATT was trying to charge me. Way to go!

Fairshake cut right through the bureaucracy and got my situation with COMCAST resolved. They got them to remove the incorrect items that they placed on my credit report as a result of somebody using my identity to open an account in my name which they later defaulted on and thereby ruining my credit. Not sure I could have done this without their help....

Hi, To all out there who feel you have no justification from the constant bullying of the large companies you are bound to, think again. FairShake is a godsend to give you that justice and peace of mind. They helped me fight back when I felt the frustration of dealing with a company that told me I owed when I felt I did not.
