The biggest challenge was resolved by FAIRSHAKE in CONNECTING me to the right individuals/source. Otherwise i would have experienced a lot of hit and misses, wasted time on the phone and lapsed time to getting anything settled. Once the connection is made then you can take charge. Thank you Fairshake.

They kept me informed every step of the way! I felt helpless against unfair billing practices and they stood up for me. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Bravo.

I am in shock that it took no time at all to get a resolution to my problem with a big company. They really are caring and helpful. I will always recommend them to anyone I know. I am sceptical person when it come to online services so I really didn't think I would get what I asked for and all I had to do was file a complaint and they did the rest for little money. Thank you so much FairShake. I cant express my gratuit. I was on the phone for hours a day within 6 months to solve this issue with AT&T. I dont believe that is over. But yes FairShake did great job for me only for $34 with is nothing. Its not about money. AT&T put me in collection for no reason which affect my credit score and history. I know one thing FairShake has been there all the way with me. Never once a snide comment or anything other than supportive and professional service. Given the melt down I’m going through. And my long messages and rants still they have been very understanding never chiding me for money or adding extra stress to my ongoing misfortunes always following with if you have any questions regarding you case please let me know. and the only ones who have stuck it out with me.
