After weeks of trying to get some resolution from PayPal, I gave up and assumed my money was lost. I will never do business via PayPal again! Notice to all vendors... If your payment is processed via PayPal, I will NOT be your customer. FairShake knew what chain to rattle to get their attention, and I soon received my refund. Thanks, FairShake.

Very good lead in info and assistance putting together proper documents. Could use bit of improvement in return response time, review of client documents/comments and suggested changes recommended where details are lacking or could be better stated. Acted mostly like a clearing house for asking and submitting documents. Once case is elevated to National Arbitration, FairShake no longer central player and just played tagalong or sat on sidelines. Need to finish support once arbitration paid/engaged. Could develop a simple detailed packet of things to do, who to send, and timelines, then sale the package as standalone product. Under current system client led to believe, incorrectly, FairShake, will do the “heavy detailed legal” work.

I had booked a trip to Cuba before the pandemic hit us. I assumed airnbn would reimburse my money due to the fact, that at the time, all boarders were closed, and all fights were canceled. I sent them message after message and kept appealing their decision not to reimburse me. When I utilized FairShake, I honestly was not expecting anything. Randomly one day I got a message from airbnb saying they received a letter from FairShake and that they would be reimbursing me my money.
