I had thought this would make my situation much worse. It's didn't I love this site and I'm so so so soooo thankful. I was being charged for closing an account months prior ... basically. All I paid in return was 20 bucks for this site helping me get passed this. Much better the 201.30 ... And my credit is back up 59 points thank goodness. I'm just very happy. This took a minute but it's so very much worth it. I'm only 21 and now I'm back on track towards building my credit so I can get a car. I'm so thankful.

Verizon had erroneously billed me for service on a canceled account, and despite months of trying to get the issue corrected, I’d gotten nowhere. Worse, I found myself in collections with a ding on my credit over the so-called delinquent account. Enter Fairshake. I wrote a summary of the issue and stated what outcome I was demanding. Two weeks later, the account is off my credit report and Verizon says I owe them nothing. Whatever the wizardry that went into it, I am extremely grateful.
