Thank you fairshake for standing up for me and helping me get heard. While I would rather have not had to go through any process to get a resolution, my phone company left me with no other option. My dishwasher broke 3 months ago and the warranty insurance they don't want a fixed, l went on fairshake 1week ago and the warranty insurance is going to replace the dishwasher thanks for your help fairshake

I was anew customer to T Mobile.From the sales people to the experts, each 1 told me something different to get me up under contract.In my words it was pure murder and very frustrating tying to deals with them.I just went on the internet to look for help, and that when I found Fairshake.I am still thankful that they was on the web.I am being very truthful,Fairshake help me.I could tell that T-Mobile wanted to find out how settle with me. Fair shake got what I wanted! It took a month to even talk to Verizon, but after fair shake got involved it was immediate!

Was please they were able to get an amount eliminated even though I still feel I don't O anything and if there was some type of arrangement that was gonna come through I should still be paying half the amount but nonetheless better than paying an entire amount that I don't even know

FairShake fought Verizon for us. Durning the pandemic our children used there devices for internet. Verizon charged us close to 7k in overages. I was able to on my own get it down to 4K. Verizon then put the 4K on my husband credit. I was tired and didn’t know what to do. The process was seem less. It did take 45 days to adjust but there methods worked and the debt is off our credits. We never paid Verizon a single dime. We did pay FairShake. They also worked with us on the payment invoice to them as well. I will use them again.
