Thanks so much for your help. Uber had made getting through to them a literal impossibility. The worst. $20 is well worth the cost here. I would have been glad to give you the entire amount just to make them pay. Very timely , very professional and they do what they claim

I didn't know what to expect when I initially wrote my complaint to Fairhaven. I had actually forgotten about the complaint when a customer service representative called to make a settlement proposal. Had I not written my complaint to FairShake, I would not be satisfied with my current service provider. I am very satisfied with FairShake and am not going to forget my experience with this company.

I was very unhappy with my AT&T TV they said that I could cut my cable bill in half which was true but I would be watching a show and all the sudden it was start buffering and it will say thank you for your patience your video is loading. And this would happen 20 30 times and a half an hour sometimes and I have 200 megapixel internet they're not very good at all I would suggest a nobody who would go with these guys I actually went back to my cable company Spectrum. Fair Shake got me the money I asked for and it only cost me $40. Thanks again for your sake and did a great job God bless you all.

FairShake made a dispute that I had with T-mobile come to an end within 30 days!! I had gone back and forth with T-mobile for 11 months, only to get more frustrated with every encounter. I had lost time, money, and T-mobile put a dent in my perfect credit. I had no patience left, and was about to call an attorney, when I stumbled across FairShake. Once I submitted my case to FairShake, it took under 30 days for the right people at T-mobile to contact me and make this right. T-Mobile: 1) Compensated me for my time 2) Contacted the collection agency and paid them 3) Most importantly, T-Mobile contacted the credit bureau to remove the ding from my credit. AT&T sent me a bill for service I had canceled. FairShake got my bill resolved and I am very satisfied
