Fairshake are great they really care

I have been having major internet connection issues with Verizon for over 7 years. I have called tech service at least 25 times over the years about my internet service dropping off every month and going for 2 -5 days of no internet every month. They never seam to be able to fix the problem. I pay $110.00 a month for 1 phone and internet service for unlimited data. I was only getting 3 to 3 1/2 weeks of actual service. I finally got tired of all the excuses and no service and contacted FairShake and they made it possible for me to negotiate a settlement for my problem. I settled for an $800.00 settlement and $20.00 a month off my current plan. It took a couple of offers back and forth to make the settlement. Very happy with FairShake and their company I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again FairShake. Thomas Cotten.

They contacted American Express about some bogus charges they made on my account and put on my credit. Amex removed the fees and credit record and added $2500 in damages. Thank you for helping out with this!

Fast service thank you . If I have a dispute with TMobile can I file it ? They just sent it to my credit bureau and it was there fault .
