FairShake Inc.Reviews of fairshake.com

I still can't believe this is a real service. This is a legitimate service that really helped me with my billing dispute. I tried for 2 hours on the phone with my provider and got nowhere and then I got this message from this amazing company. Thank you so much for your help!!

A fair shake was prompt and did exactly what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it, thank you.

I had gone back and forth for 2 months with ADT regarding my new system in my house after I had moved from California to Arizona. I was supposed to get the same service I had in California but they promised me it would be the same and then when I got the system installed I could not monitor my system from my phone while I was not home. For 2 months and several different people at ADT they all told me it would cost an additional $90 to have them come to my house and flip a switch in my unit and then it would cost me $16 more a month to be able to monitor it from my phone.. The tech that installed the system told me that that was not true! I googled "help with ADT" and fairshake came up and I wrote to them and I told them exactly what was going on and what I was looking for with ADT .. It was $900 compensation for the 5-year contract that they wanted to now charge me $15.99 more a month to monitor from my phone! Within 10 days ADT gave me access to my alarm system with no upgrade chg and no $90 service fee! I won!! Thank you FAIRSHAKE ❤️♥️

Easy and user friendly website. No fee unless they win! I was able to resolve my issue with T-Mobile, and was granted additional money in the settlement to cover the Fairshake fee. Highly recommended service, I will use them again if an incident arises with a big company.

I was having a problem trying to resolve a problem I had with AT&T. I contacted Fair Shake and they helped me and the problem was resolved.

I had an issue with T- Mobile. I was being charged for a phone I had ordered online a few months ago and never received because it was stolen before it reached my hands. I was investigated and it was proven to be a stolen device. I was told they would close my account and not to worry but I kept being billed so I discovered FairShake and they acted quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the help and support. Matter will be resolved fairly and I won’t have credit tampered with thanks to this wonderful company
