FairShake did an amazing job for me against Verizon. I had contacted Verizon on numerous occasions, I had filed a BBB complaint against Verizon, and received a phone call from a higher up who would not help me. They had put a $610 balance against me on my credit that was not accurate or fair under the circumstances. I contacted fair shake and explained what happened and they were able to get Verizon to remove the $610 get it off my credit and it only cost me a small fee. My credit is in the 700s for the first time in 30 years thanks to fair shake! I tell everyone about this company And I am an Uber driver who is in contact with so many people every day so I’m spreading the word.

I had tried many times through customer service to get my refund from T-Mobile with nothing but run around. Once FairShake took on my case I had a offer in a day or two thank you David Capps

This service was very helpful in getting a fast settlement. However, YOU need to realize that there is little advice given. The first offer I received I was encouraged to accept. It was totally illogical to accept. I countered with the full amount originally requested. The company agreed but required me to sign a W9 and I will have to pay taxes on a refund that was due me. It wasn't until after I signed acceptance of the offer that FairShake told me not to agree to the W9. Too late. After FairShake's fee and paying taxes on my REFUND I came away with 70% which is better than nothing. I will use them again.

These folks are for real. Responsive and helpful:great experience. I had cancelled my Verizon account but they still were billing me. Small problem which could easily turn in to a big headache quickly. My problem was solved in about 30 days. So happy about the outcome.
