I can’t even describe my relief!! Thank you, FS! Y’all really did that for me?! I can’t thank you enough!!! I had a debt with AT&T for a while because, in my opinion, they *did me dirty* with a so-called “promotion” and connected an additional phone line on my account without my knowledge and consent — I refused to pay AT&T after they refused to help me with a refund or help me “fix” it, and closed my account and switched mobile companies. Well, of course, fast-forward it’s now affecting my credit … so, i filed a claim with FairShake and they took care of all the work for me in order to file a dispute to reverse these charges and successfully got AT&T to settle and take my entire debt away! They agreed to credit my account in the amount I asked for and bring it to a zero balance! FairShake not only allowed me to start disputing these charges that are hurting my credit, but made the process EASY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone who needs a FAIR settlement with a company! Amazing job, guys! They also have an amazing payment system— they’re fair with their fees and saved me a bunch of time… they answer promptly to emails and chats — love them!
