Anyone who has had a negative thing to say about fairshake should think about whether their opinion is realistic. I am one of the many people who has been helped by this company in a way that I didn’t think possible. Fairshake is filling the much needed void between consumer and big business we’ve all been craving. Not only are they clearing up red tape inconsistencies to help the average American but correcting the errors these companies make and keep because they’ve grown to large to stay accurate and legitimate in their accounting. It’s sad how much we needed fairshake but wonderful they’re here. Thanks to a huge adjustment to one major debt I should never have had, I’m much closer to restoring my credit and my finances. Thank you fairshake I can’t wait to tell anyone I can about your service and spread the news that finally there’s real help.

Good customer service

I signed up for direct tv and signed a contract for $73 a month. at my first billing it was $89 a month. after asking direct tv they informed me there was a mandatory sports channel for $10 that is not negotiable. this was not what i agreed to and in my opinion direct tv broke their contract and I canceled service so direct tv wanted $460 for early termination. I felt I was right so I had fairshake go to work on them and it took 2 months but fairshake finally prevailed and direct tv removed the entire amount from my bill and removed the negative credit report.

Got taken advantage of by third-party retailer and AT&T came through and refunded plus extra. Whole process took some correspondence back and forth with Fairshake and then with AT&T and in total took approximately 2 1/2 months. Yeah!

My account with Metro by T-Mobile was hacked and I suffered a financial loss as a result. When I contacted Metro I got the run around. Everyone was aware of the issue but no one wanted to resolve it. I contacted T-Mobile and got the same result. I filed a report with the BBB and the issue was still unresolved. I spoke with representatives from the office of the president of T-Mobile who were indifferent to my situation to say the least. And then GAME CHANGER, I saw a FairShake ad and I contacted them. As soon as they made contact with T-Mobile the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of assistance!!

Because of their ad on TV I contacted T-Mobile about switching my phone service to them. It’s a real pain to switch but they walked me through their plan and it seemed to good to be true. It was. Pretty much everything they said was a lie. A downright lie. I live in a rural area so my cell service is a little weird. They told me they checked with engineering and my service would be excellent. I would even have 5G. They also quoted me a price which I found to be untrue. I cancelled the same evening I signed up after calling back and speaking to someone else in sales. It didn’t work. I got SIM cards and bills immediately. They even deducted $120.00 from my checking account for activation fees which they had assured me would be waived. I had confirmed I would not get service at my residence but I may get service driving around. It was insane. I couldn’t stop it or find anyone in their “customer service” center in the Philippines to help me. It was excruciatingly painful trying to talk to them. The whole ordeal took on an ugly life of it’s own. I was getting NOWHERE. I stumbled upon Fairshake somehow online and gave them the information. No more hassles. They took care of everything for me. The whole awful ordeal is over and I’m happy with the settlement. Thank you Fairshake!

I was being charged for services with AT&T . I had cancelled AT&T and they had not stopped my services, still charging me. FairShake sent them a letter relating my issues ( AT&T wouldn't listen to me). Because of FairShake I got a refund and AT&T stopped charging me. I would use FairShake again....but I hope I don't have to. Thank you FairShake.
