thanks to fair shake i actually got my money. T-mobile was playing too much game. it is nice a team like this actually exist my next target is LA fitness. I had an amazing experience with FairShake. I started my process and had a settlement within a few days. I got exactly what I asked for. This was an easy, quick, and stress free experience. Much better than dealing with Optimum costumer service, who was not willing to help me. My Optimum account was then credited the promised refund 2 days after I accepted the offer. I would use FairShake again if ever needed.

I was getting nowhere with my claim. I enlisted the help of "Fairshake" and within days an agreement was reached in my favor. The company has yet to live up to that agreement after 40 days however Max advises that it could take 60 days. We will see.

I had a issue with a cell phone company who i bought 5g phones from and phones didnt get 5g and was still paying 1200 a phone. Couldnt get it resolved over a yr. They made Suddenlink pay attention to my complaint which they had refused to do for several months. FairShake did everything they said they would do.

I needed to get out of a 2 yr contract for services nowhere near what was advertised. $15.00 per month for months unfulfilled. I refused to pay this early termination fee. FairShake represented me and was able to negotiate me a deal and everyone is happy. Reasonable fees for their services, Action was fast and very little to do on my part.
