I gave a detailed accounting of my claim of price gouging and deplorable customer service against Altice/Suddenlink. The amount of time I spent on the phone and chat to resolve a fairly simple initial problem with the ISP amounted to over 23 hours. Fairshake listened and did due diligence. I received satisfaction in getting fair settlement but, moreover, I believe Suddenlink listened. We can't let unregulated monopolistic providers treat us like numbers. We are the lifeblood of business.

This company is awesome. I had an issue with a big company that would not budge off the issue. Within a week FairShake got an acceptable settlement. I hope not to need them again but if I do I know where to turn.

What a joke they try to invoice me for getting a "settlement" of85 dollars when i provided a cogent argument to support 588 with FAHW i now got it back all myself the 85 was offered BEFORE these people got involved and is a joke they want 20 dollars i just read you do not pay if you are not satisfied who would be satisfied? present contract where Not in fine print it said that i owe this or i go to AG BBB
