Great customer service!!
Great customer service and great product!! I had an issue with my payment and they were very understanding about the situation until I was able to get it resolved. Bought a gift for my brother and he absolutely loved it.

Not up front about a fee
You didn’t tell me at the time I ordered the shirt for my brother, that you would be charging me a fee, simply because you aren’t in the US. If you can’t tell your customers about this fee up front, you won’t be having returning customers.

Terrible return policy (doesn’t exist)…
Terrible return policy (doesn’t exist) quality of my shirt was awful, no where near worth what I paid.
