AnnaMaria is a lifesaver !!! I was new to my job not too long ago and not having any experience or knowledge in electrical anything or motors, I got in touch with AnnaMaria with FactorySupply Outlet and she has always gone above and beyond what I have reached out to her for. We have been ordering motors with her for over a year now, anytime we need a motor, she is quick to respond, happy and calm to explain to me the logistics ( even if I don’t understand) and gets us the best deal, best shipping and BEST RETURNS. There have been times that I have messed up and not been prepared, (I didn’t have a form for the tech on site to hand to the return/delivery truck) AND SHE WAS ON IT IN A FLASH ! AnnaMaria has made MY job SUCCESSFUL!! I truly succeed BECAUSE of HER !!! One more thing I would like to add is her genuine heart, I truly feel her sincerity and compassion when she sends hello emails. Thank you for having her on your team, and I thank God for her being a part of my life. Thank you to infinity and beyond 🚀 One more thing to add ! There have been times when I have sent AnnaMaria illegible name plates and she was able to pull from the broken pieces what we needed. I don’t know how she does what she does but I am thankful for her. I am still learning about my job, and often times my boss will give me pictures or LITTLE information and say ORDER THIS. Now, I don’t freak out because I know AnnaMaria knows what he’s talking about!!!! Not everyone is experienced, and I am grateful for her kindness, PATIENCE, and professionalism with me. Do not order from this company. I made the mistake of ordering from this company before researching their reviews. I ordered a product that showed in stock. Later that afternoon after ordering I received an email from them stating there was a shipping delay because product was out of stock. Estimated shipping was about a month out. I needed the product so I reordered elsewhere. I tried to contact FSO to cancel my order. They do not answer the phone you just sit on hold forever. I tried contacting them through a live chat through their website, someone actually responded and said they would cancel my order and refund my card, but it never happened. I emailed them probably 2 dozen times requesting my order be cancelled and refunded, I got a response once out of all those times that said they would cancel and refund, it never happened. The product that I ordered finally showed up 2 months after I placed the order, which now I do not need because I had to order elsewhere that actually had it in stock vs. saying they have something in stock and not actually having it. Do not order from Factory Supply Outlet, bunch of crooks, communication sucks, they do not do what they say they will do. You might actually get your order, but it will take forever. I will never order with this shady company ever again.
