The price of the shovel I ordered was very reasonable and it shipped and was received when promised. This company is very easy to do business with and I will check out their website in the future when I need something else for my property. The shovel will make planting much easier for me now and I especially like the long handle and narrow head. Perfect for my plants.

Another online supplier (which I'll leave anonymous) failed to supply 24 tubes of bearing grease that I needed urgently for one of my best clients. I then urgently checked online for another source, and that's when I discovered Factory Supply Outlet. AnnaMaria and the staff at FSO quickly confirmed that they had what I needed, and could get it shipped out same day! I entered and submitted my order online, and was immediately notified that my order had been received, and that it was being pulled and readied for shipment. My order arrived 2 days later (I didn't request overnight shipping), and I was able to get the product to my client on-time. I couldn't have done it without AnnaMaria and the staff at Factory Supply Outlet. One of the BEST customer service experiences I've had in my 30+ years in the Distribution business. Thank you AnnaMaria, and thank you Factory Supply Outlet.

The site falsely advertises: "All orders above $99 ship free!" That is not true. You cannot trust a company that does not honor its word.
