Good products quick shipping.

Handled very easily.

they where very helpful and polite, very easy to work with,

i placed an order, and was told it would arrive in a week. 2-3 mos later still no purchase arrival. I have received 8 or so apology emails citing materials and worker issues. However they are just buying and reselling this product. Which has been and is available elsewhere for less. They could purchase it from Amazon and ship it to me for less than they sell it for. It's called drop shipping..

I needed parts expedited to me MSC did not get my web order said they didn't have it, I looked and said my parts were backordered and customer service could not help me. FACTORY SUPPLY CAME THROUGH FOR ME !!! THEY OVERNIGHTED AND SAVED OUR CUSTOMER FROM BEING DOWN!!! thank you very much.

Very helpful and professional, just for 2 cartridges of grease! I'm old school, and this is what old school business looks like. Thank you!
