Easy to shop and find what you want.

Terrible customer service! I placed an order in February, 2020 and when the product didn't arrive within a few days, I tracked it to see when the package might arrive. It had been delivered to the wrong address in a different state! I contacted customer service by email and did not receive a response so I called and was told they needed 3-5 business days to investigate. Several days later I called again and was told they needed 7-10 business days. I pointed out that this was their error and I had already been charged over $300. I suggested they re-ship the item to the correct address. They told me they would have to charge me $360 again just in case the lost item showed up! I let them know I wanted to cancel the order all together. I also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I won't be using this company again!!!

My daughter in-law called for help in determining which inverter/charger we should buy. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful.
