Don't waste your time or money shopping FACTORY OUTLET STORE.com for there LOW prices. First off, no one speaks CLEAR ENGLISH. Can barely understand when ordering or talking with customer rep. I asked sales rep. if an item I wanted to order was in stock. I was told it was, so I ordered it. I Never received an email to confirm order, or confirmation number. I called company numerous times over 3 week period trying to get shipping/tracking/confirmation information, and was ALWAYS told to check my emails. After 4 weeks of this, I called and stated my order was charged to my credit card the day after I placed order, yet product was never received, and I was DISPUTING charge with credit card and initiating a FRAUD CHARGE. I was told by rep. the product would be delivered the next day! Which it was. Only problem, it was not the item I ordered! Called back, explained problem & would file DISPUTE & FRAUD charges. 4 weeks later charges were taken off. STAY AWAY !!!!!
