Successful on-line.
The outlet stores were useless for this particular purchase item because they don't carry supplies. I called one store and they immediately transferred me to customer service. The second store was very helpful because the individual took the time to answer my questions.

Great Customer Service
I have had problems with using PayPal and honestly I wasn’t happy about it. But Annie reached out and helped me with the issue and got my order expedited. Fantastic customer service and great price on my new MinnKota 440PCL Precision Battery Charger. A 4 bank charger that is safe for Lithium, AGM and Lead Acid batteries. I’m a repeat customer and I will be back!
