Dishonest, False Advertising, Deceitful. They show on their website headsets are in stock and can ship in 2-days that was March 31st. When you track the order, it says processed, waiting on a shipment date. I would NEVER recommend this site. Will be checking now to make sure I do not get billed.

deceitful. Website and order invoice prominently display they accept returns. They are hiding behind covid-19 and not accepting any. Not offering to wait until they are able to accept them. Not offering anything. All sales final. Additionally the phone is supposed to be loud for the hard of hearing. The existing phones we have are much louder.

Several days ago, I ordered a Jabra Motion UC Headphones from the service agent, Justin. The headset was listed as back ordered, however Justin put me on hold and contacted his manager. He came back on the line telling me that the manager said he has a couple single ones, and one in particular which would suit my needs. I ordered the headphones and they were charged to my American Express. Today, May 5, 2020, I contacted Factory Outlet and inquired about my order. They told me that it was back ordered. I explained to the agent about what Justin had supposedly arranged. However, the agent held on to his story that they were back ordered and that was it. When I asked him to speak to a manager, he declined saying he was a supervisor and nothing could be done. He refunded the money and now I am without the necessary equipment to facilitate my interview tomorrow. Needless to say, I am not happy with their dishonesty to pull in my money just to make a sale. I shall hold them legally responsible for the delay and subsequent possibility of not being successful with this interview. Quite frankly, dishonesty is dishonesty. Do not have commerce with these people.
