Ordered the uniden scanner 500 model SR30c,now this is suppose to be a outlet store where its suppose to be cheaper instead I got charged 30 dollars more then what its worth..I went on the uniden web site and it was 30.00 cheaper..I did send email and told this company,they just said that's their prices..so just letting everyone know..Beware they DO NOT SELL FACTORY OUTLET PRICES..!!Do your homework and don't get ripped off like I did..

Real bad at what they do. Purchasing a simple item during the Covid-19 look down. Need a water filter for my refrigerator. Put the model number in their system, and purchased the recommended filter. WRONG FILTER. Their system did not match my model correctly to their inventory. Okay . I call back to arrange credit for my return. The customer service rep cannot operate the ordering system. I need to speak to a supervisor. Not now -he will call me back in 2-3 hours. So be warned that system and service are not good, actually real bad.

I purchased a dock rack for paddle board - an expensive item- which arrived without the necessary arms to store the paddleboards. Since I live in an apartment building, I had thrown the box which was partially damaged. After 6 weeks of emails and calls, the client service demanded the picture of the box to consider reviewing my case which I had informed them on week one that I had disposed. While customer service attempts to help and is respectful, they are utterly useless. I purchased the 'arms' for the rack at at additional cost (total spent $600). I will not advise any consumer to deal with FactoryOutletStore based on my experience even though the product I purchases is of good quality.

Disgusting!! Their website showed a CB as In-Stock and I even talked to someone in their chat. They said I would have the item by Friday at the latest.. Today I get an email saying the item is on national back order and I have to wait till July or later.. I emailed and said I want a full refund of the order and no reply has been sent so now I have to contact my credit card company in the morning and start the hassle of a dispute to get my money back!! Stay away from these people!! I am certain they are a scam!!

Never spent $150 on tooth brushes my entire life! Yes, I do still have all my teeth.
