Faulty Fenix 5 plus-Failure to acknowledge!
AVOID!! DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY!! If I could leave no stars I would. I received a "Newly Overhauled" Garmin Fenix 5 plus on a Thursday. Delivery was swift which was good. I got round to setting it up on the Saturday. Fully charged and ready to go I was excited. I went for a walk on Sunday, for an hour. This was a walk that was clocked accurately numerous times before with my previous Garmin Forerunner 235. To my horror the Fenix claimed I had walked a mile when I was a mere 400m from the house. The walk ended up being out by almost 2 miles. I then looked at the battery on Sunday evening and to my horror it was 2%. I fully charged it and thought it may have just been due to the fact that it was its first charge. No. By Tuesday it night it was down to 10% with one 20 minute run done. I had enough. I emailed this company and no reply. I assumed because of the Covid outbreak it my take longer. I then emailed them again a few days later and not even an acknowledgement. I have emailed them again and still nothing. This company is a complete disgrace. I have spent over 350 for a dud. To date still no reply and it has been 4 weeks to the day since I received this dud!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! After this review was posted they decided to get in touch via trust pilot, requesting details of my order. These details were then supplied and I am still waiting on them to contact me. Further proof of shocking customer service yet again.

Using COVID-19 to Avoid Honoring Returns and Refunds
These guys are using the cover of COVID-19 to refuse returns of items. Do not do business with this company. They are exploiting a pandemic to circumvent normal ethical business practice. Update - Now someone from FactoryOutlet has called me a couple times and wants to "work something out." No doubt to get me to take down negative review. Too late, you should have been honorable from the start. The business transaction is closed and my review of your company stands. Poor experience and Avoid completely.
