I left my original comments to be read. But they politely gave me a full refund after there “investigation. So, thank you for that. Also after I got my credit card company involved. So I’ll raise them to a 3 ORIGINAL This company is awful. I think its products are substandard. Also they say 2-5 order rv delivery, that is a LIE. You will get a billing invoice that looks like your order has gone through. It hasn’t. It might get processed in a week. Then another week or so for delivery. The whole time they are saying your order is out for delivery. No tracking info, just run around. It arrives and it’s wrong, not compatible.

Quick and very easy. Impressed.

Initial purchasing experience great, including very comprehensive specifications and capabilities. Conformity to them remains to be experienced upon my usage of system upon its arrival.

I don’t know yet will see when it arrives if I am happy

Easy to use ... once you enter the correct item to search. Have no idea how fast delivery is or if product is delivered new and not damaged. But I am hopeful.

Update: FOS offered a different product. Still not happy with the required effort, but they are trying to make it right. Placed an order for an item that showed New / In Stock. I did NOT receive a confirmation email, and did not find out until a week later that the item was back ordered for about two more weeks. I was able to get the order number from the online chat, but the chat agent's comprehension of my situation was very limited, and kept telling me I would receive an email. I kept asking what email it would be sent to, and the same answer was given. Finally the chat operator suggested I call customer service. Not a smooth start to my transaction with FOS.com. The agent also stated I could track online through my account. I did not capture my account details, and every email I entered in the forgot password did not work. I was given an order number, but the only thing I can do with it is put it in the box below...
