I have ordered from this company many times in the past and never had an issue. This order was just to opposite. I found my product, accessories I wanted and then place my order. the product arrived without any way to wear it, even though the website stated it had three wearing styles, it did not come with any. My first call to address the issue was nice and they sent me two of the three wearing styles. Had to call back a third time and in the process was told I was wrong, even though I was reading the very product description on the website. I was then told that they were not going to help me. So now I have two of three wearing styles advertised to come with the product. further into the product, the exact one I ordered, it again states there are "Several wearing styles: again, in the technical description page. Absolutely horrible customer service and minimally false advertising if the product does not come with what it states. I am now pursuing other options for my headset and actions against this deceiving business practice. This was not the first time I have ordered from the company, but you can guarantee it will be the last, and my recommendations to patronize the business have ceased. all I can say is "wow".
