First of all, if you see a review that indicates that "Sean, David, James, Daisy, Mark, Steve, Tina etc...." was very helpful you should consider the review to be bogus because 100% of the customer service representatives are from a call center in either India or Pakistan. Next, if you purchase an item from FOS, do Not, let me say that again, do Not expect to receive it in a timely manner. As a example, I ordered an expensive Stearns and Foster mattress which was being hand made in a location approximately 1.5 hours from my home and would arrive within 7-15 days. Well it is now 30 days and we don't have the mattress and according to India FOS customer service the mattress is still being made and they have NO IDEA when we will receive the mattress. Yesterday we received an email survey asking how we "liked our new mattress and accessories?" I phoned customer service and was given a tracking number for "Dunn Tracking" which, get ready for a surprise, Dunn Tracking is a bogus tracking system as is my tracking number. We phoned customer service nine (9) times today and seven (7) times were transferred to a dead soundless phone, the eighth time the woman kept saying she couldn't hear me but twice answered two questions and then hung up on me. The last call the individual couldn't or wouldn't transferred me to a supervisor and didn't know or wouldn't give me the name of the supervisor or owner of FOS, but finally indicated that the mattress department was closed on weekends and to call back Monday morning. With all said and done, I would warn consumers to be highly aware that this company should be used as a last resort, if even then. Take a moment and look at the reviews and it's quite obvious that the redundancy of the comments are, and the wording is either being made by someone with a limited ability to read or write English or lacks more than a third grade education and the rote replies are auto replies nearly verbatim. Lastly, be aware that whatever phone number you provide them you can suddenly expect to start receiving dozens of Scam, Telemarketers and Spoofed calls, even if you have or haven't in the past, the increase in Scam calls will be unbelievable. Buyer Beware, consider this a friendly response from someone who made the mistake of dealing with this company.

Promised package in 2 to 4 days and at the end of 4 days I still don't have package. I also think they sold my phone # to scammers because the next day we had 22 scam calls
