Placed order for item months ago
Placed order for item months ago. I was charged for item, but told it was back ordered. Told it would ship in 7-10 days. I waited nearly a month and inquired again. Got same 7-10 days. I asked for refund via email. Was told I needed to call to get refund. I found the item I was looking for at multiple other sources so I don’t understand why this source can’t get it. I am irritated they charged me and had the use of my money for months. Meanwhile I don’t have my product.
