UNSURE OF RESULTS UNTIL I RECIEVE PRODUCTS.

Not very good of an experience with this company! I ordered on the 6th and 20 days later with 5 calls in and one online conversation, nobody could say where the trolling motor was or if it was ever going to be shipped! Only reason why I ordered from this company was that it was in stock and the price was the same as everyone else's, but with free shipping. Next day the website shows it being backordered! Multiple calls to what seems like an Indian call center got me nowhere, and with a little searching around the internet and the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I find I'm not the only one with issues receiving products from this company! On the 20th day, I called and got hung up on after being on hold! I gave up and cancelled the order, was told it would be processed in a few hours, its now 24 hours later and still nothing, not even on their site! Same thing, "Your order has been processed and we are awaiting the tracking information to be uploaded". I truly believe this company is a scamming site, all the red flags are there. No up-to-date info online, non-American call center, no information on order other than a continuous story of how it shows to be shipping in a "few days", and now no refund whatsoever. I'd stay clear of this company at all costs! Don't make the same mistake I made!!!
