out of stock, bait and switch.
horrible customer service. I ordered a headset over Thanksgiving, but one week later it hadn't shipped. Online search just said it was awaiting processing. When I called they said it wasn't in stock and expected it in 15 days or so. They offered me a different model if I was willing to pay an additional $50, however as we were talking i found the one they offered me on walmart.com for $100 less! needless to say, this is bait and switch plus a rip off. I cancelled my order and went with Walmart. I saved over $50 and will get it several weeks ahead of factoryoutletstore.com. Terrible, stay away

I won't give it 5 stars until I actually receive the item ON TIME and verify the authenticity. I will say the purchase seemed simple and the cost is $9 less than Amazon or Walmart with quicker shipping.
