I received incorrect advice from James when I chatted with him online concerning which charger is compatible with my Garmin nuvi 2589LMT. The charger he recommended was not one listed as compatible with my device on this store's own website, but on the basis of his recommendation I purchased the charger anyway. Then I had second thoughts and called the store and spoke with a kindly and thoughtful employee named Scarlet. She agreed that the charger James recommended did not appear to be compatible with my GPS device and she immediately and successfully refunded to me the money that I paid for it.
