Horrible customer service and do not issue credits

Their web site defaults to the wrong part and it was shipped. When I tried to call to return it I was told to contact the manufacture, even though they were an authorized dealer. The return line would not be answered, then hang up. I talked to someone twice and they hung up on me once, then was told they would refund the purchase price and I could keep the item. That surprisingly did not happen so I had to stop payment on that charge. I went elsewhere to get the correct part. Horrible customer service. Before you buy, just call the customer service with a question to see for yourself. Do yourself a favor, save headaches and shop elsewhere. I did get credited for the part after this was posted as well as a call from Factory Outlet Store Rep asking about the one star. I changed it to 2 stars because I had to spend a lot of my time and days waiting for a part I had to get elsewhere. Still would not return to this store.
