Upon investigation, we found that your 1st order was placed on 01/08/2021 for a Humminbird fishfinder. Based on your conversation with our CS rep on 01/24 we found that the GPS was not working as expected. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and share in your frustration. Since then we forwarded a request for an RMA which takes about 24-48 biz hrs. Since receiving your complaint. we have sent a shipping label to your email to return the merchandise back. Upon receiving the merchandise back, we will initiate a full refund as requested. Again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
