Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a Lowrance Link-9 VHF from the Factory Outlet Store. I found out a day after I ordered the radio, that someone else ordered the same radio for me as a gift. I immediately called FOS and asked them to cancel my order, but it was too late, my order had already shipped. When I received my order, I sent it back without ever opening the shipping box. I still expected to be charged the restocking fee ($89) as per Factory Outlet Store's policy. I just got an email from FOS letting me know that they are refunding the entire amount of my purchase! Thanks to their awesome service in this matter, the Factory Outlet Store just earned a new long term customer. I will shop here first for any electronics I need.
