I’m very busy and don’t typically have…

I’m very busy and don’t typically have the time to do a review. In this case, I’m making the time. I interface with vendor customer service for a variety of companies every week. I am usually barely satisfied and often disappointed. Reps are typically uninformed, uninterested and or incompetent. I and others waste hours trying to solve problems that should never exist and should have been solved by my vendors. This was not the case with representatives of the FactoryOutletStore.com – Andrew and Jane (Manager). Andrew for example, took the time to do the research rather than simply respond with a one word “no” answer to my request– the way certain other competing persons responded to the same request. He discussed the issue with me and offered suggestions and a possible solution. He was polite, pleasant and engaged in the process. I received a follow up contact from his supervisor, Jane. She contacted me to thank me for my business and to ensure that all was well. She followed up both with email and phone. She was thorough and was clearly interested in ensuring that this customer was satisfied. All in all a very positive and unusual experience. Give them a try and see for yourself!
