Great customer service
I contacted Sales via Chat on their website since the charger I ordered did not fit my GPS. The representative, Kane, was very helpful and identified the charger that I need to purchase. Kane also gave me directions on how to place the order. Very, very helpful and this process did not take long. Thank you.

They had what I needed
They had what I needed! I was able to order it quickly and easily! It's for a very old phone, and I was afraid it wouldn't be available any more. The phone still works great, but the battery was worn out. Thanks!

Scam stay away. You will lose your money.
Placed an order almost a month ago. Has yet to be delivered. We ship and receive shipments daily for our business. Customer service has been no help at Factory Outlet Store. Stay away from this site. At this point I deal the whole site is a scam. Customer service is not in USA. Big red flag. I lost $ make sure you don't. Find someplace else to buy .
