Absolutely horrible customer service…
Absolutely horrible customer service and dishonest. I ordered a cannon uni troll 5 6/3/21 and was told I would receive the product by the end of the month. June came and went. In July I called customer service and they told me that if I upgraded to the cannon uni troll 10 I would receive it in 7-10 days because the product is in stock. I paid for the upgrade. I have now found out that despite what I was told, the upgraded product is now back ordered and delivery date is unknown. Dishonest and unethical! Buy elsewhere.

We are in the plant nursery business…
We are in the plant nursery business and have been using this phone for maybe 15 years. In the rain and dirt on your hands from working outside. I know of no other phone that covers such a wide range area.
