I tried to find an extra handset for my existing system, which says it is expandable to 12 handsets, I could not find it on the website so I chatted with Peter. He kept me on hold for over 30 minutes only to tell me they did not have extra handsets. Then why does it say it is expandable 10 12 if you can't get the handsets? I purchased one from the AT&T Outlet previously, but it failed so I wanted to replace it. I was totally unsatisfied with my chat and disappointed that they do not have the items I need.

Easy to use. Fair pricing. Good return policy. Some items could use a better description of accommodating rail sizes but for the most part I found what I needed.
