lONG HOLD TIME UNCLEAR WHAT PRODUCTS MATCH

Easy to navigate website had me quickly find the item I needed. Easy payment options. Can't evaluate the item just yet, but I am sure it will be A-OK.

Was excited when I found what was said to be the matching water filter for my Kenmore (Sear's product) refrigerator. I ordered 6, just to have plenty for back up when needed. Huge mistake! Received items, and didn't change it out right away. When I did go to change it, it didn't fit correctly. Yes, I had the right model, by their description, for the model # of my appliance. I even tried different things to the new filter to try and make it fit. Gave up after a while, but opened a second just to see if it wasn't just 1 bad apple of the bunch. Nope, the second didn't work either. Took my whole upper attachment apart, just to see what was preventing it from going in properly. Final conclusion was the grove for the O-rings weren't machined deep enough and the piece would not fit. So I called to suggest the issue for their own knowledge for possible future orders. They waved all of that aside and offered me a refund for only 3 of the 6 I purchased. It was passed the 30 day or you're screwed period. So make sure you try one right away if you dare to order here. Then I also am told that I have to pay for the shipping to return them because I order online. Wow! Could you imagimed if I would of order just 1! I would end up losing money to return the item. Buyer beware!
