Their web site made a FALSE PROMISE
Their web site made a FALSE PROMISE. They claim same day free shipping, that is not the case. Their own internet chat people even stated it as well. Received a call from the "Manager" for "Customer Service" Thursday. She claimed they shipped my order on September 6th, which was Labor Day. Yet UPS tracking shows 09/07/2021 9:01 P.M. Order information received. 09/07/2021 9:33 P.M. Shipment tendered to UPS Mail Innovations Syosset, NY, 84 hour after the order is placed it is being shipped. When they claim Same Day Shipping, they must mean a 84 hour day!
